**New Opportunity – Service Charge Accountant**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association, who are looking to recruit a Service Charge Accountant to start as soon as possible.

The successful Service Charge Accountant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.

Title:  Service Charge Accountant
Location: Kent  
Salary: £50k per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months  
Duties:

  • Calculation of estimates and actuals
  • Manage a small team
  • Prepare service charge calculations
  • Update service charge records
  • Assist in the annual service charge budget setting process
  • Respond to audit queries and assist with the preparation of supporting documentation

Systems / Qualifications:  

  • Excel Spreadsheets
  • Open Accounts and CX Civica
