Service Charge Accountant

Service Charge Accountant - £40-45k - NW London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a long established, fully independent, multi-award winning and professionally accredited managing agent based in NW London who require a seasoned, competent Service Charge Accountant as follows:

- Working 4 days per week office based, 1 day from home (once settled)

- Offices are modern and well equipped with a vibrant, inclusive team of staff

- Undertaking the full range of service charge duties from draft budgets to year end accounts, new block set ups to report production and bank reconciliations, all whilst liaising with internal team members and residents as required

- Good general IT skills essential, knowledge of property management CRM’s beneficial

- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude essential, our client prides themselves on open communication (resulting in exceptional block/staff retention and numerous word of mouth recommendations).

In addition to a basic salary up to £45k to start, the successful Service Charge Accountant will enjoy 20 days leave (plus public) to start (rising annually with service), full support and funding for professional exams & memberships, pension, early finish on Fridays (during winter months) and a structured career path.
