Service Charge Accountant

• Manage all necessary documentation for year-end service charge accounts, including budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure that service charge demands are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs to maintain and analyse financial records.
• Collaborate with the team to manage a growing portfolio effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in service charge accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs such as Qube, Resident, or Blockman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is essential.
