Job Description

Role; Service Charge Accountant

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Service Charge Accountant who can continue to contribute to the growth of this modern / forward thinking and proactive business.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £35,000 - £38,000
  • Study Support - AAT / ACCA / CIMA
  • Hybrid working

THE ROLE OF THE SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTANT;

Will be to review and provide analysis of Service Charges in accordance with Regulatory frameworks - you will do this by;

  • implement correct Service Charge Budgets
  • update Tenants
  • calculate Service Charge Billing - in line with Lease Terms
  • prepare Analysis and reporting on Variance to Budget and also Expenditure
  • report on Costs v Budget
  • prepare for Year End Reporting

The role of the Service Charge Accountnant - with suit an Analytical approach and character.

You will be able to communicate Internally and Externally with Tenants / Clients

Finally you will have strong IT skills - including Excel.
