Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Service Centre Team Leader to join a fast paced security company based in Coventry.

As a Service Centre Team Leader you will be leading the team to ensure KPI's are met. Analyse new customer lists with information ready for review. Support other departments with any issues they may have giving help and guidance. Ensure the team are updating any information that are sent to them from the account managers within the set deadlines and querying anything with them that isn't clear.

The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience within a similar role, good business acumen and commitment to support the operational & commercial performance of the business. As well as being passionate and demanding about performance, the role of the team leader requires a candidate who is well organised and self-disciplined with ability to priorities under work pressure, and who has experience of using MS Office as well as bespoke software.
