Salary - Competitive depending on experience 

Hours - 42.5 Hrs per week 

My client, a lead provider of Horticultural equipment, are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Dartford team. You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Service office and its overall profitability.  You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Horticultural, Agricultural and Construction machinery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians.
  • Manage the process of raising job cards and invoices as required.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Handle matters of a confidential nature with discretion.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, for various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy with numbers and handling of cash transactions.

Required Criteria:

  • Familiarity with raising job cards and invoices.
  • Proficient keyboard and PC skills.
  • Accuracy with numbers and cash handling. 
  • Familiarity within an automotive environment.
