The Role:

Our client, a multi-brand dealership with state-of-the-art showrooms & workshop, are on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team based in Eastbourne.

Our client seeks a candidate with proven motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or a similar position!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Act as the primary liaison for dealership visitors, ensuring exceptional service.

Attentively listen to customer inquiries, accurately assessing vehicle service needs.

Offer service recommendations based on customer input and vehicle history analysis.

Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing efficiently.

Oversee the vehicle intake process, documenting condition, mileage, and customer concerns.

Recommend additional services or products as needed, following manufacturer guidelines.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicle's service status.

Handle warranty claims and necessary paperwork for eligible repairs meticulously.

The Package:

Basic Salary £24,000 - £26,000 + OTE of up to £32,000!!

Monday to Friday hours and Saturdays on rota!
