Service Advisor

Prestige Cars Kent are based in Orpington, Kent. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor. You must be an organised individual who can deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the look and appearance of the Reception area
• Welcome customers and manage their experience throughout their journey of them having their vehicle booked in to collection and delivery.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle updates and additional work required.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure they return to us.
• Suggest and recommend suitable service plans, warranties and add-ons to customers.
• To complete all necessary paperwork.
• To remain compliant and professional at all times.

Essential requirements:

• Must have previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Sales Executive.
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong customer facing skills

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 OTE depending on experience
