Service Advisor

Our Client in Peterborough is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be:

• Taking receipt of vehicles
• Advising customers in person or by telephone
• Making initial diagnoses
• Writing orders for repair work
• Monitoring the repair process
• Taking receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers.
• Actively selling after-sales services in a customer-oriented manner.
• Ensuring the workshop is working to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders.
• Mediating between the spare parts warehouse, workshop, and customers as well as sales and accounts.

ROTATING SHIFTS

07:00-16:00 / 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00

1 IN 3 SATURDAYS

08:00-12:00 (paid as overtime)

£26k plus £4k OTE bonus

Skills and Experience Required for the Job:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Adaptable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Technician knowledge would be advantageous.
