Service Advisor - Prestige Dealership

Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Salary - £28,500 basic (OTE £32,000 - £35,000)

Location - Rochdale

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Manchester, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training. They will aim to have you train as a fully accredited Service Advisor within the first 12 months. This would see your basic salary increase to over £28,500.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:

• At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network)

• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales

• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred)

Salary and working hours:

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £28,500, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £32,000 - £35,000.

Working hours are Monday to 8am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays. These weekend hours are likely to reduce as the business introduces a key drop-of and pick up process; meaning that the advisors can start later / leave earlier.
