In this role, you'll:

  • Be the face of the service department: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring farmers feel valued and informed throughout the repair process.
  • Streamline service operations: Assist the service manager with tasks like raising job cards and invoices, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the service department.
  • Become a communication hub: Bridge the gap between farmers and technicians, ensuring clear and accurate communication about repairs and maintenance needs.

To be successful, you'll need:
