Service Administrator
We’re currently representing a long-standing client of ours in their search for a Service Administrator. This is a fast-paced opportunity for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and progressive candidate to join their busy team.
The company view this role as crucial to its continued growth and development. A newly created role within the business, they are looking for a proactive candidate that wants a business whereby they can build a career with. As it’s a new role, there’s plenty of scope for development for the right candidate, working with an experienced yet progressive leader.
The main responsibilities:
- Data cleansing of database, updating customer records, equipment records.
- Responsible for the service team inbox, and answering the phone as and where required.
- Booking in jobs for Service Engineers, and providing general administrative support to the engineering team.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that customer jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Building relationships with customers, both existing and prospective, via a mix of email and over the phone.
- Liaising with manufacturer to register products for warranty, as well as completing any warranty claims with support from Service Manager.
We’re absolutely focussed on work ethic and a willingness to learn rather than any specific experience here- although work experience within a service-led role would be beneficial.
