Senior Valuer

The Senior Valuer position is being a key point of contact for clients and prospective consumers. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between the office, appointments, and business development. 
 
The core responsibilities are as follows:

• New business generation, so listing experience is essential.
  
• Lead on establishing a thriving team; spring boarding off the existing relationships and infrastructure. 
  
• Manage a database of clients.
  
• Negotiating and handling offers.
  
• Liaising with tenants and buyers on progression.
  
• Updating clients on market conditions.
  
• Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

• Basic Salary £25,000.00
  
• Commission % of Personal Banking
  
• OTE £60,000 Per Annum
  
• Travel Allowance £2,400 Per Annum
  Location Waterloo, SE1
• Office Hours 09:00 – 18:00
  Monday - Friday
  
• Holiday Allowance 20 Days, Plus Bank Holidays and Birthday
  Additional Leave gifted over Christmas Period
• Contract Full Time, Permanent
