Senior Transactional Tax Manager

Cheltenham

Up to £68,000

Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a dynamic opportunity to lead and excel in a collaborative environment? I am searching for a Senior Transactional Tax Manager to join a great firm and contribute to exciting tax advisory projects alongside partners and directors.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing tax advisory projects alongside Partners and Directors
  • Draft and review tax advisory reports
  • Provide technical tax support to team members
  • Developing and supporting the tax team
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients

The successful candidate

  • Will be CTA or ADIT qualified
  • Will have sound technical knowledge and relevant M&A experience
  • Strong commercial awareness

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm where you can get involved in projects such as capital reduction demergers, disposals of businesses to EOTs and structing sales & leaseback transactions.
