Due to continued expansion, this established planning and development consultancy is urgently looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to work as part of their Bristol based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for delivering expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers and local authorities and working on exciting and challenging projects.
Qualifications:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of two year's post qualification experience and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
