Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a real estate consultancy who are looking for a Senior Planner to join the Birmingham office.
With the continued growth of the Birmingham office, my client is looking for an experienced Town Planner to join. My client is open to consider candidates on a full time basis and will be able to enjoy the benefits of agile working policy, providing the successful candidate with flexible hybrid working to meet your own individual needs and define your work life balance.
My client works across a range of sectors, which includes residential, industrial, logistics, retail, hotel, leisure and institutional by providing innovative and sustainable solutions to the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree
- Either a chartered member of the RTPI or working towards (we will provide you with support throughout the APC process)
- Experience in planning practice and application
- Good knowledge of the UK planning system
- Some private sector experience would be advantageous but not essential
