The client, an exciting and fast-paced Town Planning Consultancy, is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join the team in Wiltshire. They specialise in a various project across residential, commercial, leisure, retail, agricultural, greenbelt and country home sectors. This is a great opportunity for the successful Senior Town Planner to join the business at a relatively young stage, where there will be opportunities for advancement!

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

• Engage in developing the company's client base, enhancing the company's reputation, and an active member of the team.
• Contribute to a diverse range of high-profile projects for the public and private sector clients across the country.
• Providing clients will planning advice and preparing fee proposals.
• Preparation, submission and active engagement of planning applications and appeals
• Managing associated external consultant team.
• Be part of a team filled with versatile expertise.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
• Previous relevant consultancy experience.
• MRTPI qualified.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
• Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
• UK driving licence.
