Job Purpose

  • Deliver tax planning and advisory for a varied client portfolio.
  • Support other Managers and Partners with complex tax work, working closely with them to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
  • Empower the team through appropriate delegation and effective people management.
  • Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships through professional communication.
  • Prepare budgets and ensure the wider team is working within forecasts, ensuring the tax function is meeting commercial targets.
  • Support the firm’s strategic direction by confidently networking and scoping for new business opportunities.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship and professional development.
  • Set an example as a proactive and hands-on senior team member.
