This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Energy and Sustainability Specialist to become part of an independent building performance consultancy. You will have the chance to work on an array of projects while being given a clear and structured path of career development and progression.

Job responsibilities:

  • Producing energy and sustainability strategies across the country, but especially within London.
  • Undertake overheating analysis through IES VE to CIBSE TM59 and Approved Document O.
  • Identify scope creep and informing the relevant account manager of costings for additional work where required.
  • Undertake a variety of assessments including, SAP, SBEM assessments, overheating analysis and planning submissions.
  • Assisting with fee proposals

The ideal Senior Energy & Sustainability Specialist will:

  • Be proficient in the use of IES.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within the energy and sustainability industry - planning experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Have experience of managing LPA responses to planning submissions, especially within the Greater London Authority.
  • Have a minimum of 2 energy/ sustainability qualifications (e.g OCDEA, Level 4/5 NDEA, BREEAM).
