Senior Support Worker

Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to children and young people in our care, promoting their well-being and development.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Assist with daily activities, including meal times, personal hygiene, and recreational activities.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
Implement individual care plans and behavioral management strategies.
Support children in accessing educational and recreational opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the care and progress of children.
Collaborate with other team members to create a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children and young people in a similar setting.
A genuine passion for supporting the well-being and development of children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Relevant qualifications in childcare, social work, or a related field (desirable).
