We have two shift patterns available: Sunday to Thursday and Tuesday to Saturday, which may include sleep-ins. Weekly hours, including one sleep-in, are 47.5 hours per week. Sleep-ins may not be available at the start of the contract, but we are onboarding a new house in the next few weeks.Salary:

  • Hourly rate: £12.50
  • Full-time annual salary: £24,375
  • Salary with a sleep-in: £31,513 per annum

Client women-only division specialising in meeting the needs of individuals living with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and/or personality disorder.Responsibilities:

  • Provide peer support and guidance to other Maples employees.
  • Offer leadership and supervision to junior team members, ensuring continuity of care for our service users.
  • Ensure clients can live safely, considerately, and with dignity while adhering to the terms and conditions of their licence.
  • Oversee and facilitate medication regimes.
  • Define and oversee individual and communal budgets and finances.
  • Generate reports on client weekly/monthly worksheets and certification sheets.
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of service users and liaise with external agencies.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the Mental Health Act.
  • Conduct crisis mitigation and resolution work.
  • Contribute to placement reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of mental health support and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
