About the client and the service

Our amazing client offers high quality residential accommodation and 24-hour care and support for people with severe enduring mental illness.
They focus on promoting social inclusion and enabling relationships within the community. They have a bright lounge, conservatory and dining room.
The resident's kitchen has laundry facilities for individuals who are able to develop or utilise their existing domestic skills, or to assist those who may require a period of rehabilitation prior to moving on to a more independent lifestyle.

Then the role of a Senior Support Worker might be perfect for you!

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.

You'll be supporting adults with various mental health conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.

As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential and a level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Equivalent would be an advantage.
