Senior Structural Engineer
My client, a global defence leader, are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to work with various multi-functional teams to determine the best integrated solutions across multiple submarine programmes. You will engage regularly with industrial partners and liaise with specialists to agree technical solutions that contribute to the success of our programmes.
Required Experience:
- Analytical structural calculation skills
- Demonstrable Structural Engineering experience
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) knowledge
Desired Experience:
- Submarine or Shipbuilding structural design/analysis experience
- Welding/Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- £40k - £45k Starting Salary
- Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria
