We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join this ambitious agency. This is a great opportunity to develop and lead on strategy for some key accounts.

As Senior Strategist, you will support the Planning team with developing the strategy on key accounts, and lead strategy development on specific briefs.

Your main focus will be to interrogate and challenge client briefs, placing the brief within a broader business and strategic context, to get to the bottom of what is being asked. You will make recommendations, present rationale and evidence, and be able to influence stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy in to your strategic direction.

This will be a perfect opportunity if you are someone who loves the craft of planning - getting to grips with consumers, culture and contextual influences on business. You have a working knowledge of human behaviour and a keen interest in culture and social trends, with an ability to turn information into simple insights that inform your recommendations for the strategic direction of client work.

This Senior Strategist will have:

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a strategy role with an agency background
+ Creative, strategic and curious thinker
+ Clear communicator and active listener
+ Ability to build compelling narrative for presentations
+ Effective presentation and facilitation skills
+ Passionate about the industry and effective creative work
+ Good creative judgement
+ Experience of building and nurturing client relationships
+ Positivity and willingness to get involved
+ Proactive and a team player
+ A good sense of commercial responsibility
