Position: Senior Sous Chef
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: Dependent on experience plus service charge
40hr Contract - Must Hold a UK Driving License

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, ensuring creativity, seasonality, and quality are upheld.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.
  • Uphold strict standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients to create innovative dishes.
