Senior Golang Developer - Manchester / Hybrid

They are now looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join them on their journey to becoming a Unicorn!

The business has been on a mission to solve a major problem within its sector, and with no current offering or solution on the market, there is major excitement about this product.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role working alongside the CTO as they scale the product and business. You’ll be responsible for the backend development tasks from high-level architecture design to feature development and have your say on the direction of technology and team as they grow.

The Senior Software Developer will have experience in:

  • 5+ years engineering including at least 2+ years with Golang
  • SQL/Postgres or Mongo
  • GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Microservice Architecture
  • Building highly scalable applications

As well as a starting salary of up to £80k, the Senior Golang Developer will be offered generous equity options and given a stake in the company’s success. This is still a very early stage for the business, and they are looking for someone to help them grow and stay with them for the long term, as such, you will be rewarded for making a vital impact on this exciting journey.
