Job Details:

  • Salary Range: £38,092 - £42,389 per annum (plus a market supplement of £6,750 per annum)
  • Expected Earnings: £44,842 - £49,139 per annum
  • Work Location: Countywide, Hampshire (including various regions such as Hart and Rushmoor, Fareham, Gosport, Winchester, Eastleigh, New Forest, Havant, Test Valley, Basingstoke, and East Hants)
  • Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours may be considered)
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview: As a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and a minimum of three years' experience, you will leverage your expertise to build impactful relationships with children and families, facilitating assessments and plans. We seek individuals who are creative, flexible, and forward-thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement to enhance outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience as a Social Worker in Children's Services.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative and forward-thinking approach to social work practice, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
