About Us

The Primary Care Network Team has a supportive and continuous learning and development culture and that shows in their everyday work but don't just take our word for it, hear from the team themselves:

"Working in PCN is great - it is an MDT (multidisciplinary team) so lots of opportunity to develop your health knowledge and skills set. Casework is varied and interesting - every day is different, so you are never ever bored! There is a culture of promoting EDI as well as CPD and individual development. If you want to work in a team that adopts the principle of person-centred working and best practice, then look no further."

"I relocated from London to Sussex and was quite apprehensive as to taking a new role outside of London. But I now consider my move to West Sussex as a good move. This team has reassured me that I am not only an employee but I feel supported and able to develop and grow with a warm and friendly team."
