Job Title: Senior Shift Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with commercial experience? Are you someone who is looking for progression with a desire to manage a team?

Randstad Solutions are currently working with a nationwide Facilities Management organisation who are looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to join their team. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance whilst managing a small team of maintenance assistants.

Main duties will include:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance in a healthcare setting.
  • Undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out repairs and testing to electrical and mechanical services.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with health and safety legislation.
  • Fire alarms and emergency lighting.
  • Manage a small team of engineers and provide leadership.
  • Participate in an out of hours call out rota.
  • Heating and domestic water services.
  • AHUs and BMSs.

The ideal candidate will :

  • Be a time served/qualified engineer with 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
  • Have experience working in commercial environments (health care setting is desirable).
  • Possess a full UK driving licence.
