Senior Service Advisor

Experienced Senior Service Advisor required for a busy franchised dealership in Guildford. The successful candidate must have previous experience within the motor trade in a similar role or as a Vehicle Technician looking to step up. You will be dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone and liaising with the workshop. Good communication skills and clear manner required as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content with customers, as well as maximising the profitability on each job card through sales of additional service work where appropriate and beneficial to the customer. YOU MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE.
As this is a role with a successful franchised site, there is an excellent basic of up to £33000 which together with a monthly bonus this means an OTE of £42300 ( depending on previous experience).
