Role and Responsibilities:

We are thrilled to be collaborating with a forward-thinking provision dedicated to serving children with complex and additional needs. This presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the future of SEN provisions and their operational frameworks, it really is incredible what they have planned!

With a focus on catering to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), this provision has developed tailored curriculums and environments across three distinct areas. Featuring small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, the provision ensures personalized support and fosters a collaborative atmosphere among colleagues.

A permanent contract is available for this role, with an immediate start date desired by the school although they are happy to consider candidates who are available from September as well.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding and practical experience in supporting students with additional needs. Success in this role relies on having empathy and a genuine passion for working with children. We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
