Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Leveraging your extensive experience in selling financial software, you will engage with key stakeholders to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that address their challenges. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and clients to expand the company's footprint in the market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our FinTech solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in new sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
