Position: Senior Sales Negotiator

Salary: Basic £26,000 - £27,000, OTE - £42,000.

As a pivotal member of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of property transactions with finesse and expertise. Responsibilities:


- Drive the sales process from inquiry to completion
- Conduct property valuations and develop new business
- Provide market-leading advice and support to clients
- Negotiate transactions and manage a portfolio of properties
- Maintain impeccable records and adhere to regulatory standards

Essential Skills & Experience:


- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales negotiator role or similar
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A comprehensive understanding of the property market and current legislation
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- A personal vehicle and valid driving license are essential for this role
