Senior Sales Negotiator

Based in the suburban area of South West London, our client is a leading firm of independent Estate Agents who are expanding their current team.

A great opportunity has become available in their Raynes Park office, they are looking for a experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.

You will be responsible for -

• Registering Clients
• Dealing with Vendors
• Booking and carrying out viewings
• Booking Valuations
• Keeping in regular communication with clients
• Providing feedback and regular updates to Clients
• Delivering exceptional and first class customer service.
• Must have own car and clean licence
• Ideally know the Raynes Park area and live locally

Salary/Package on offer -

• Basic £20 - £22,000 (dependant on experience)
• Car allowance
• Uncapped OTE in the region of OTE £40,000.00 - £45,000.00

Hours of work -

• 5-day week
• Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm
• Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu
