Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £25k-30k basic, £40k-50k OTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a key member of their sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and providing exceptional customer service to their clients. Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings and valuations
• Managing client relationships and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process
• Negotiating offers and closing sales transactions
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

Requirements:

• Proven track record in property sales, preferably in the Oxfordshire area
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

• £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £40,000 - £50,000
