Seeking a highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated and has a passion for outstanding customer service.

 
The ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or a minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, along with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. Demonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships with both vendors and buyers, as well as a proven track record in closing deals, are essential. Knowledge of the Central and North London property market, including current market trends, local property values, and awareness of competitors, would be advantageous. 
 
 


Overview:

  • The day-to-day management of buyers, which will include generating viewings and obtaining sales on properties.
  • Maintaining records on our internal database.
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and following up on feedback from these.
