Currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Negotiator to join the hugely successful team in Hampstead. The ideal candidate will have a desire to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about the local market
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to the overall success of the business

Requirements:

• Previous Sales Negotiator experience
• Knowledge of the NW London property market
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals
• Full UK driving license
