Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, independent agency based in SE London looking for a senior sales negotiator to join their team.
Duties:

  • Conducting property viewings and valuations.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Managing property listings and ensuring accurate information is maintained.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property prices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Utilizing computer systems and software effectively for property management and communication purposes.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Salary: £25,000 basic salary plus 5% commission (OTE) £55,000-£65,000.
Additional Benefits: Car Allowance of £400 per month.
Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm
  • Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 10am - 4pm with 3 days off per month
