SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT- AMERSHAM - UP TO £20K BASIC DOE + £35K OTE DOE

Our client is a leading Independent Estate Agent in Amersham who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service as well as good local knowledge of the Amersham area.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £20k DOE + UP TO £35K OTE DOE

• An Estate Agent who loves selling
• Will have at least one year's experience within residential sales
• Customer service focused

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• A proven track record in Residential Sales
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
• Negotiating
• Strong organisational skills
• Happy to take the initiative
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Good telephone manner
• Full UK clean driving licence

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with inquiries
• Booking appointments
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Generating new business
• Negotiating
• Some valuing (not essential)

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
