Salary: OTE £50k (Based on experience & ability)

This is an opportunity for an Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator with previous industry experience, to develop their career with an exceptionally busy local independent Estate Agency with offices in the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area.

Working in a busy sales environment, the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator is exciting and varied, requiring you to be enthusiastic and professional at all times.

It will involve booking and conducting viewings, keeping in regular contact with potential buyers, constantly looking for sales opportunities and promoting the company to the best of your ability!

You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to develop a career in Estate Agency.

Skills: The skills required for thisSenior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Experience in residential estate agency sales
• High level of customer service
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated
• Local knowledge of the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area helpful
• Full UK Driving license
