Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Senior Sales Negotiator to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Witham area.

We are seeking a candidate who is motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic; who is successful and outgoing; with a strong background in Residential Estate Agency, an instruction winning mindset and excellent relationship building skills!

The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Sales in the local area and be looking to take the next step in their career.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Significant previous agency experience
• Valuation and listing experience essential
• Good verbal communication, self-confident & persuasive
• Customer focussed, and results orientated
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Witham and surround areas helpful
• Full UK driving licence and own car
