Senior Sales Negotiator - Winkworth, Royal Leamington Spa

Winkworth Leamington Spa have an exciting opportunity to join the business as we grow our office network into the West Midlands. Working alongside the Franchisee, the Senior Sales Negotiator will be a driven and energetic individual, who values providing quality customer service and surpassing sales targets.

This role will suit an applicant looking to benefit from industry training and additional responsibility as they grow their agency career.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year’s industry or related experience as a Sales Negotiator.

Knowledge of Leamington Spa, Warwick and the surrounding area is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone, online and walk in enquiries, in accordance with company standards, and be proficient at converting enquiries into sales viewings and offers.
  • As a brand representative, the Senior Sales Negotiator will be an initial point of contact for new applicants and established clients, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service as soon as they enter.
  • Manage the offer process from start to finish and work with external stakeholders (solicitors, surveyors etc.) to ensure an efficient conveyancing process for clients, whether buying or selling.
  • Work towards relevant objectives and KPI’s set by the Franchisee or a Sales Manager and monitor their performance.
  • Participate in the promotional activities to develop the office.

Key Information:

Location: Winkworth Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, United Kingdom

Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm on alternate Saturdays.

Salary: On application.
