Senior Sales Negotiator
ith over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies and the last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency.
This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual with Estate agency experience.
They are looking for -
- Ideally, previous experience in Sales or Lettings
- An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.
- Great Sales skills
- Trustworthy nature
- Hard working and Committed
- Confident Rapport Builder and customer service skills
- Organised and Proactive
- Good Administration skills
Hours -
- Monday to Friday, 8.45 am -6pm
- Saturday, 10am-4pm
- If you work the Saturday you get a day off in the week.
In return you will receive a competitive package including -
- Basic salary £23,000 - £25,000k dependant on experience
- 10% commission on Sales Agreed (realistic OTE £35-40K)
- Car allowance of £250pm
- 25% of Financial Services leads
- £25 for every 5 star Google review.
