Senior Sales Negotiator

This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual with Estate agency experience.

They are looking for -

• Ideally, previous experience in Sales or Lettings
• An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.
• Great Sales skills
• Trustworthy nature
• Hard working and Committed
• Confident Rapport Builder and customer service skills
• Organised and Proactive
• Good Administration skills

Hours -

• Monday to Friday, 8.45 am -6pm
• Saturday, 10am-4pm
• If you work the Saturday you get a day off in the week.

In return you will receive a competitive package including -

• Basic salary £23,000 - £25,000k dependant on experience
• 10% commission on Sales Agreed (realistic OTE £35-40K)
• Car allowance of £250pm
• 25% of Financial Services leads
• £25 for every 5 star Google review.
