Our client a successful independent agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in the Brentwood area.

They are a company that focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst maximising profits and sales, therefore, the successful individual must have a proven track record of being a top sales negotiator.

They are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer the following:

  • Basic salary circa £25,000
  • Realistic OTE is between £35,000-£45,000 (Uncapped)
  • Ongoing training and support
  • 5 day working week
  • Work laptop
  • Work mobile phone
  • Career progression

Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer requirements:

  • Experience working as a sales negotiator
  • Some experience listing properties
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving license with own vehicle

The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will involve:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Driving the business forward
  • Valuing and winning new instructions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Registering candidates
