We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer, who is looking to progress from a negotiator upwards, to join our client, an established Estate Agency within the North East!

Responsibilities and Duties will include: -

  • Negotiating Sales
  • Updating Clients on Their Properties
  • Creating Property Details
  • Data Input
  • Carrying out property viewings
  • Generating new business
  • Carrying out marketing appraisals and converting into new instruction for the branch
  • Sale progression
  • Property inspections

They want someone with experience in the property industry. You must be highly organised, computer literate, and able to manage your own time effectively.
