SALES NEGOTIATOR/SENIOR NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT- GUILDFORD - UP TO £25K BASIC DOE, UP TO £55K OTE DOE

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in Guildford. They are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator/Senior Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and wants to be recognised for their hard work. You will help drive the business forward and increase your earnings whilst doing so. You don't need to be able to value for this role, you just need to love selling!!

BASIC SALARY up to £25k DOE + UP TO £55K OTE DOE

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Negotiating
  • Good telephone manner
  • Full UK clean driving licence

The role will also involve:

  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Updating and maintaining websites
  • General office administration.

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
