Senior Sales Negotiator - Mayfair

Dove and Hawk are working alongside a luxury, market leading boutique agency based in Prime Central London. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their exceptional market leading office in prime central London.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new potential buyers/ vendors
• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings online and in person.
• Taking viewing feedback and providing it to vendors in order to better market the property.
• Taking, qualifying and negotiating offers to ensure the best result for all parties in the sale process
• Establishing relationships with the local area in order to generate valuation opportunities for new business.
• Conducting valuations.
• Completing the relevant paperwork.
• Supporting senior team members within the sales department.
• Conducting call outs.

Requirements of the role:

• Experience as a senior sales negotiator in sales in Prime Central London
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• A can-do attitude to work in order to ensure personal and team success.

Salary Budgets: £35k Basic, £65-£70K OTE +

Required Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
