• We are looking for an estate agent to join this successful team as Senior Sales Negotiator
• OTE £60,000 pa
• Basic salary £30,000 pa plus a great commission package and initial guarantee
• Good car allowance
• Substantial earnings potential as part of this long established office covering family houses and mansions in Cobham and the surrounding areas
• Good company benefits
• You will need to work alternate Saturdays but with a full day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked

As Senior Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:

• Being a key part of a highly successful team selling high quality residential properties
• Day-to-day management of buyers and conducting viewings
• Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties
• Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
• Making sure clients receive the best estate agency service fully compliant with the latest property legislation at all times
• Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office

What we are looking for:

• Candidates should have a successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
• Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
• The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a good car allowance will be provided.
• Local knowledge of the Cobham area would be an advantage but is not essential
