I have recently partnered with a in market intelligence and sales lead generation business to hire their new Head of Sales. Think of them as the Google for business. Their cloud-based solution empowers Sales and Marketing professionals to tap into their full market potential and effortlessly create lists of sales leads with verified contact details.
Your new role
As the Head of Sales, you will assume a pivotal role in the organisation, tasked with leading and expanding the sales team, consisting of 10 dedicated sales professionals. This position focusses on outbound sales, demanding a keen sense of hunting skills. It is office-based, with 80% of your time spent in your office environment, offering the flexibility of one day of remote work per week. You will be responsible for achieving both personal and team sales targets. They are seeking a Head of Sales who excels in recruitment, coaching, and sales acumen.
You and your team will be tasked with selling a range of patented products. Leveraging our technology, we provide you and your team with sales leads. Our sales cadence facilitates outreach to prospects and conversions into clients.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a sales manager within the SaaS sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • A track record of 5+ years of successfully managing teams
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Proficient in Salesforce and various software applications (Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
