Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team, based in Knowsley. You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £24,100 per annum Plus Study Support Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for the Senior Sales Ledger will include:

Ensure sales invoices are raised and sent in an accurate and timely manner

Process and allocate payments received onto ledger

Assist in setting up new accounts

Reconcile and upload client valuations

Communicating with clients and internal/external customers to resolve queries

Assist the sales team with any invoicing queries

Attend internal and external meetings to resolve queries and build rapport

Assist the Sales Team Manager during the month end process

Assist with the resolution of aged debt queries

Proven experience and skills working with Microsoft office with intermediate or above skills in Excel. A strong commitment to high quality customer service and the ability to work well within a team as well as alone, showing initiative and prioritisation.
